Equity K-12

Equity Through the Lens of Personality

When one learns how personality functions in human beings, one is amazed at the discovery. Spend two engaging days investigating why people of all ages seem to be from Mars, Venus, Pluto, Neptune. . .

Some topics we’ll investigate:

  • Learn the value of unpacking one's own baggage (knowing thyself) in order to promote equitable learning outcomes for all students
  • Explore why some people get “on your nerves” more than others
  • Use knowledge of personality traits to sharpen one's communication and problem-solving skills
  • Learn strategies for connecting with every student, colleague, and parent inside and outside the school
